LNR Junior Nutrition Seminar

Becoming an elite athlete requires good genes, good training and conditioning and a sensible diet. Optimal nutrition is essential for peak performance. Nutritional misinformation can do as much harm to the ambitious athlete as good nutrition can help. Come join other LNR junior atheletes and their parents for a one hour nutritional seminar and learn how you can make simple changes in your diet that will help your overall performance. Kelly Donahue and Katelyn Engel will be the featured speakers for the evening presentation.

Speakers: Kelly Donahue and Katelyn Engel have been skiing competitively for 13 years and both graduated from College of St. Benedict with a BA in Nutrition Science
