TRAIL KIDS/Adult Group Paired Programming

Expand your riding skills and get fit with a strength workout in the Trailhead studio space while your kids are at TRAIL KIDS practice. Their will be two 6 week sessions, one in the Spring and one in the Summer. This will match the Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday TRAIL KIDS sessions. Limited to 10 per group.

  • Dates: Meets Monday/Wednesday evenings June 1 – July 8
  • Time: 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm
  • Meeting Spot: By Trailhead Sign in front of building
  • Monday sessions: Mountain bike ride. Learn mountain bike skills and routes near the Trailhead.
  • Wednesday sessions: Strength training for endurance athletes. Need indoor workout shoes.
