In partnership with Up Yoga, join a local yoga instructor for a 60-minute guided flow in the outdoors. Start your week right by practicing strength, flexibility, and mindfulness surrounded by the beauty of Theodore Wirth Park! Appropriate for both new and advanced yogis. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Meet at Stadium 18.

Cedar Lake is your liquid gym and the water is the perfect place to cross-train. Join Taylor for a 45-minute water boot camp (‘Beach Camp’) appropriate for both new exercisers and elite athletes. Work hard in a gentle environment that takes the pressure off your joints and lets you move in ways that regular old land would never allow. Not an advanced swimmer? No problem, the entire workout can be done with your feet in the sand! Meet at Cedar Lake South Beach, bring a water bottle and towel.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is all the rage for good reason – it is one of the most effective and efficient workouts you can do. Why not take it outdoors? This 60-minute class uses Theodore Wirth Park as our gym for a full body workout. If you are looking for ways to mix up your training routine, this class is for you! Classes range from field game circuits to scavenger hunts and treasure maps! Meet at the Trailhead garage door, bring a water bottle.

These classes are free and registration is not required, all are welcome! This 40-minute class will help you take care of your body and dive back into your training with more focus and energy. It will also help relieve stress and bring a little more calm to your summer. Come for guided stretching, foam rolling, and meditation. This is a great addition to the end of your bike, run or walk in the park. A warm-up prior to class is recommended. Meet at the Trailhead garage door.
