All Parallel 45 events will take place near The Trailhead at Theodore Wirth Park.
Spectator and participant drop off may take place at the Chalet Lot Turnaround.
The Parallel 45 Cup begins and ends in the Theodore Wirth Lower Stadium, with specific course to be shared in the days prior to the event.
LoppetX begins on top of the Tubing hill and will decend, crossing the hill and passing through the coulee, to finish in front of the Trailhead.
Heats will be expected to last 90 seconds and brackets will be shared immediately prior to the competition.
Packets may be picked up from the Trailhead Customer Service Desk.
They may be picked up:
- between 4pm and 8pm on March 1
- between 10am and 6pm on March 2
- between 10am and 2pm on March 3
Competitors must pick up their packets at least one hour prior to the start of their race.
Briefing meetings will be held in the Trailhead prior to each event. Return to this page for the most up to date information on those meetings.
Spectators for LoppetX will want to position themselves along what for the rest of the winter serves as the Tubing Hill and just north of The Trailhead for the best views of the action.
Results will be made available here after the event takes place.
For the Parallel 45 Cup, awards will be given to the top three individual athletes, as well as the top male team, top female team, and the top mixed team.
For LoppetX, the top three finishers in all race categories will be given awards. In addition, 24 total competitors will receive cash prizes in the LoppetX open divisions, including $500 to the winners of their race categories (M-Ski, F-Ski, M-Fat Tire, F-Fat Tire) and $100 to the winners of our back door bracket.
