Rules, Points, and Standings

Age classes are as follows:

J2 – born between January 1, 1997 and December 31, 1998
J3 – born between January 1, 1999 and December 31, 2000
J4 – born between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2002
J5 – born between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2004
Youth – born after January 1, 2005

Kids must be born after January 1, 1997 or they are not eligible for the Series.

For each event, kids receive points depending upon their finish in their age class (male and female scored separately) according to the following chart:

1st – 20 points
2nd – 15 points
3rd – 12 points
4th – 10 points
5th – 9 points
6th – 8 points
7th – 7 points
8th – 6 points
9th – 5 points
10th – 4 points
11th – 3 points
12th – 2 points
13th and below – 1 point

Kid will receive an official race bib at the start of the Series. Scoring is bib number dependent – so KIDS NEED TO KEEP THEIR BIB AND WEAR IT FOR THE WHOLE SERIES!
