Who: This free session is open to Adult XC Skiers. We’ll go over technique and training basics that are important for beginner through advanced skiers. It’s open to all current and past LNR Adult program participants as well as any athlete interested in learning more about Fall Training Programs for Adult XC Ski Racers. We’ll start with some on-foot dryland training followed by an optional skate rollerski session. There will be time for Q & A after the presentation.
- 6:00 – 6:45pm: Fundamentals of Dryland Training led by LNR Development Coach Chris Harvey
- 6:45 – 7:15pm: Skate Rollerski Tips and Tricks by LNR Head Coach Piotr Bednarski

LNR Development Coach, Chris Harvey, will run participants through a series for dryland drills for both classic and skate techniques focusing on core stability and forward body position.
LNR Head Coach, Piotr Bednarski, will discuss rollerski training methods for athletes age 30+ looking to race in ski marathons like the City of Lakes Loppet and the American Birkebeiner. He will cover successful training strategies to improve XC ski fitness. He will also review the LNR fall program offerings.
