Classical skiing is enjoying a renaissance and the Loppet Ski Club is leading the way with the only all classic ski group around. This year we will be led by accomplished classical skier and coach, Jon Miller. Along with Jon we will occasionally bring in top national and local skiers as guest coaches. Intermediate or advanced level classical skiers please join us.  The Mommsens promise that you will have a blast.

Jon Miller skied for Gustavus Adolphus College until 2005 and has been coaching at every level of the sport since then.  A strong traditionalist, he is excited to see the upswing in interest in classic skiing, and looks forward to working with Loppet Foundation skiers who want to master this technique.

Meets: Dec. 1 to late February, Thursdays 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Theodore Wirth Chalet, Saturdays 9 a.m.- 11 a.m.- Par 3 building
